Life is full of ups and downs.
Service sucked, big time.
Mr Goh said it was probably the worst day ever, since opening.

=Big Fat FLOP.
Oh wells. At least it can't get any worse.
We shall all learn from our mistakes - next week will be a better week.
Yes, despite the fact that our Head and AH at toptable next week might not be perfect, i believe that we can still do it.
