A heart that needs to be tamed.

What happens when a heart loved and have to stop loving?
You'll need to tell the heart what to do.

You'll need to command the heart to stop bleeding, to stop crying.

You'll need to remind the heart to stop skipping a beat when the phone buzzes, because the phone will no longer show what the heart wants to see.

You'll need to convince the heart that it was all a dream, a figment of the imagination.
"But why," the heart questions, "does it hurt so much when it was just a figment of the imagination?"

You'll need to tell the heart to stop questioning.
You'll need to tell the heart to stop yearning for one last touch, one last kiss.
You'll need to tell the heart to be stronger than this.
You'll need to tell the heart that you're happy, because he is.
You'll need to tell the heart that this, too, shall pass.

When the heart is finally deceived, it numbs itself.
And eventually, it will hurt no more.

It's funny how, the most beautiful things are always created when the heart is torn apart.
